    Whenever I have a problem with plumbing in my house, I can call P&M and get attention immediately. I had an unnecessarily high water bill and they came out immediately, did leak detection of my house, found two leaks and fixed them. The next day I was able to take a copy of my plumbing bill to the water department and get a revised, lowered water bill.
