  As a returning customer (2018) I decided to return to Cole's. Nick was my techician. He was professional, knowledgeable about his work, and completed his work. I appreciated how clearly he explained issues and the system performance. Very courteous. Excellent cusomer service. Have great expertise. Worked efficiently and went the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly. Very satisfied with the service.

  I had an excellent experience with Christian González. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He quickly diagnosed the HVAC issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. His work was efficient, clean, and done with great attention to detail. Christian showed up on time, had all the right tools, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and providing great customer service. I highly recommend Christian González for any HVAC work. Reliable, honest, and very skilled!

  I had an excellent experience with this HVAC technician Christian G. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The pricing was fair, and the work was done efficiently and professionally. My system is running perfectly now. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail.   The issue began with water not draining from the bathroom. After a very thorough investigation by Drazen Cadena, the project manager, it was determined the issue centered on the main drain from the house. The solution was to insert a sleeve, that is warranted for 25 years, into the main drain pipe in addition to the usual jet streaming and reaming. Drazen and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and very hard working. I was kept informed along the way and felt very comfortable with what was happening in the house and the yard.
