  Had a 50Gal Gas Water Heater went out at my rental property. Out of the 5 bids from Yelp, Water Heater Warehouse came in with best price which includes a $100 discount for return customer as I’ve used their services previously. Maria was very helpful in set up the quote and scheduled Arturo to perform the replacement within the SAME day. Arturo showed up on time and completed the work within one hour much to my tenant’s delight. The process and payment were very professionally handled. Much appreciated and would not hesitate to recommend Water Heater Warehouse to others.

  Chris and Steve were wonderful! they were on time, explain what they were going to do, and what potential alternatives there were as well as the need for a pump (which was extra). They were deficient, and were very clean. I cannot speak more highly of them. What a great experience!!!!

  Had my yearly water heater flush. Water Heater Warehouse installed my heater so I have them perform the maintenance. They are always great! Good communication, professional technicians, and always do a great job. I also appreciate the reasonable price!

  Today wo people installed a tankless gas water heater I purchased through a SoCal Gas program from the Water Heater Warehouse. They were courteous and competent, so no complaints there. However, I was not told that I have to hire a separate person to run electrical to the heater. I had sent pictures of the electrical to the company, and they didn't indicate that I needed to do anything else. Right now, the heater is running off a long extension cord. Their price transparency statement said "Your installation includes...materials to install new appliance, including all necessary fittings" etc. So I was very surprised and dismayed that they didn't do the electrical.

  I was very impressed with the level of customer service Water Heater Warehouse provided. While we initially experienced a few issues following installation, the company made it clear their goal was to ensure I was 100% satisfied. They went above and beyond what I’m used to from most companies. A big thank you to Jay, Sabrina, and the installers who came back quickly to make sure everything was operating properly. Their responsiveness and follow-through really stood out. While I hope I don’t need another water heater replacement for many years, this company has definitely earned my loyalty. If you’re considering switching from a tank to a tankless system, I highly recommend working with Water Heater Warehouse. You can even get the rebate for the tankless unit instantly through the SoCal Gas marketplace online (with installation included), which saved me a small fortune compared to quotes I received from other companies.
