  First of all, I really appreciate that Mike and Ricardo arrived right on time. From the moment they walked into our home, they were friendly, polite, and very courteous. Mike took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. In addition, they performed a pipe burst on our main sewer line, and everything was handled seamlessly and very well coordinated. It was impressive to see how efficiently they completed such a major repair. Even better, they left the area spotless, which I truly appreciated. Thank you so much, Mike and Ricardo! I couldn’t be happier with the service absolutely 110% satisfied.

  Cyclone Plumbing saved my dad and his 75-year-old house on several occasions already, and I cannot thank them enough! They show up immediately or first thing in the morning if I tell them it's not urgent, and they get stuff done quickly and inexpensively because of the experienced employees they have. The first time I called them on the weekend, Mike and another employee showed up within an hour, because my dad's toilet and shower were backing up. Turns out it was a major leak under the house as you can see in the photos, so they came back next day and replaced all the plumbing underneath within a day and a half. There was no disruption to our daily life because they rigged up the drain lines underneath the house so we could still use them. Just laye last night I texted them that my drain line clogged up in the kitchen (my fault), and one of their really experienced employees, Ricky, showed up first thing in the morning and unclogged the the drain line. The best part is they're super friendly, super accommodating, and they have a great team of employees who comes out and takes care of the problems quickly. And all the major services they performed were way under what the other companies quoted for replacing all the drain lines and relining the main drain line to the street. You can see in some of the photos that there were huge cracks in the main drain line, and we could see the roots, as well as bugs crawling in and out of those cracks while we're looking at it with the video camera. Daniela, who usually sets up the appointments, is super nice and shows up for work and helps the guys out. I loved that! P.S. Mike even didn't want to charge for some of the services, since I had them do a bunch of additional odd jobs at the house, like replacing all the toilet and sink valves, so I literally had to shove money in his hand 😁

  Highly recommend Cyclone Plumbing USA. Mike and his team did an excellent job helping us with a slab leak in Yorba Linda. They were quick to respond, professional, and very easy to work with during a stressful time. Mike was knowledgeable and straightforward, and his team was respectful, efficient, and clean throughout the process. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.   I had an amazing experience with Cyclone Plumbing! Mike came out the day before to assess the situation, and right away I felt confident in his expertise. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and provided a very reasonable quote. The job involved installing an epoxy liner for my main sewer line, and the entire process was smooth and well coordinated. The work was done efficiently, and the results were excellent.
