  Sal Valerio arrived on time for our complementary membership service. His appearance was clean and tidy and he was ready to go to work. Sal was very kind, courteous, respectful & professional. He proactively explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He provided a copy of the inspection report and he made recommendations with options to improve the overall performance, health, safety and longevity of our AC system. I was very impressed by this young man! Great job Sal! Additionally, I renewed my annual maintenance membership for $139.00. It has been money well spent over the last year!

  Eddie was outstanding! He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. He confirmed the location of the system, the need for a ladder. He replaced the filter and showed me the slug buildup and lights that were out. I authorized the work and he completed everything today. No need to get parts and come back another day. I will definitely request him again!
