Once we purchased the shed, we experienced poor customer service from a representative named John Silva. As a result of this, we cancelled our order. Today we visited Tuff Shed in Fresno and dealt with representative Javier Altamirano. His customer service was positive, professional, and detailed. Tuff Shed should be proud to have an employee of his caliber working for their establishment. His demeanor sold our family a Tuff Shed today. Again, we appreciated Javier's service and would recommend family and friends to purchase Tuff Sheds in Fresno, especially from representative Javier Altamirano. BD

The door handle wore out and Tuff Shed said they don’t carry replacement parts, so they’re saying I have to purchase an entirely new door for around $600, just so I can replace my door handle. DO NOT PURCHASE A TUFF SHED BECAUSE THEY CANNOT REPLACE WORN PARTS!
