They use an AI customer service system to set up "free inspections" which is just a ruse to get into your home and pressure you into services and find problems that are not really problems. I don't trust that the pictures I was shown were from my HVAC system. I had another HVAC person inspect it and do some basic work to get it ready for the season. No problems. The monarch person came at a time when I told him I was not available even though I had a 4-Hour window set up for later in the day when I was. I sent the monarch person away and I still was pressured by the company to have someone come back out. They apologize for their service but I would never to do business with them considering their communication methods and how they are not here to help the customer but only their bottom line profits. I'm still getting messages from their AI bot to set up a home inspection. Evidently they don't keep good records either to show that someone had already come out and I hate their tactics and I'm going to let everyone else know about it. I have no other choice.
