  They are nothing short of dishonest. I called them out to fix my A/C, and the technician quickly identified a bad capacitor—a repair that should cost around $100. Instead, they charged us an outrageous $1200 for the same fix. This isn’t just overpriced, it feels like outright exploitation. My wife handled the appointment, and it’s clear the technician took advantage of the situation. There was zero transparency, zero integrity, and absolutely no professionalism. It’s hard to see this as anything other than a deliberate rip-off. Do yourself a favor: never trust them, and always get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. Companies like this rely on people not knowing better—and that’s exactly how they get away with it.

  Avoid!!! Tech was late and never called me prior to showing up. Had service to replace 2 shut off valves. The cost was $800! Was in a predicament and had to have the service completed. Not only do I feel like I was robbed, the tech David, was on his phone taking personal calls despite my expression of the poor behavior. I asked how long I could expect the repair to take (I have a special needs son) and was told that it would be no more than 30 mins. He was there for over 2 hours. He also hooked up the hot water supply line to the cold water handle on the faucet and tried to blame me for hooking up the supply lines wrong. I had to show him how to follow the supply lines like a 5 year old and then he realized that he hooked them up incorrectly. I called to speak to a manager and was told I would receive a call back. Just like others, I am still waiting for that call. The cherry on top was when the receptionist tried to sell me a membership for hvac and plumbing while I called to express my frustration with the company and their employee. I will seek another company in the future. The poor customer service and outrageous prices pushed me away!!

  Do to the negative experience our family had with this company, I would give them negative stars if possible. The whole process was unclear and nothing was professional. They promise one thing and the outcome of the work was complete not what they said. We had 3rd- party workers coming to our house, with out no notification. They would park in front of my house for hours in the morning and not start the job until they where asked when they would start working. The work they said would take less then 1 week end up as a job of over a 2 month period, With a massive bill at the end. Even thought the job was not finished, I started getting calls of invoices, with harassment and threats stating that I would get a lien in my house and they would end up taking the house. How can I make payments in a job that is not fully completed, pending approval by the city and completion of job. I have never came across a company behave so badly. The lack of communication and daily updates of changes where not done and that young lady they have calling me, needs to be educated and trained in proper communication skills with customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I hope people do not get exploit and taken over like we did, It is a horrible situation all around. Up to this date the job was never fully completed. It is unfortunate how a company can take advantage of people in need.

  We contacted Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating when we had a backup clog in our laundry room. They scheduled a tech named Scott Gram. They also sent us a photo of Scott and time when he will arrive. Scott Gram diagnosed the problem and let us know all our options. Then he got to work and got the job done quickly. He also showed us pictures of the inside the pipe. Scott also told us suggestions of how to keep this issue from occuring again. Mr. Gram was pleasant, curtious, and knowledgeable. We love Lee's Plumbing and would recommend this company to everyone. So, if you need assistance with plumbing, air, or heating in your home... Call Lee's and they will come to the rescue. Thank you Scott Gram for all that you do. Keep up the great work.

  This company is as honest as the day is long. This is the second year that I've used them to inspect my HVAC unit. Both times they did a through inspection and reported that everything was in good shape. Last year I had two other companies come out and both of them said I needed between $1300 & $1700. in repairs. I was sure relieved when Lee's came and found nothing wrong. If you're looking for a company you can trust...look no further. Give Lee's Air, Plumbing, & heating a call.
