- KVKailee VachaJun 5, 20251.0We currently have a service contract with TK at a senior and disabled facility in California. When first acquiring them it was fantastic service, but the last couple years the service is absolutely terrible. Last year we paid for new backup batteries and were told they were installed(which was very expensive). This year the state inspector said the batteries were extremely old and not even hooked up! So TK previously had us pay for new parts but lied and never replaced them?! TK now states they will replace the batteries at no cost but it still has not happened after two months. We have two elevators and one has been down two months, hardly anyone answers back and when they do it's an excuse or pushing the responsibility off to another employee. I have so many emails practically begging them to to help us - TK employees that did good jobs are leaving the company and the new employees don't seem to care or have way too much of a work load. Due to the fraud with the batteries, promises of service that never happens and non-communication we are now looking for another company to service our elevators. I'm not sure how they expect to keep customers with this type of behavior. Hopefully my pleas on email and this review will prompt some type of change.
