  Quick response time and professional service my heater stopped working and I called to have them come look at it they showed up and had it fixed in about an hour and a half from the time I called bill and David are very professional and I will be using them from now on for my heating and cooling system

  I don't often write reviews but I want to credit Eduardo for doing such a thorough and professional job in handling our roof repair project, and Mckay for further help after we accepted the initial bid. Grandmark had the winning bid due entirely to Eduardo's thorough work. We had three different roofing companies visit. All were well rated and we liked all the contractors we met. Two visited both the attic and the roof and one just looked at the roof. Eduardo visited the roof and attic and discovered issues that the other two did not. Eduardo spent more time than anyone else, going back and forth between the attic and roof to identify the source of leaks that he saw (stains in the attic) but that had not yet come through to the inside of the house. We knew we had a problem over the garage (mold + water stains along a seam of wall board). Eduardo found another line of stains that was closer to the house; his video was proof of a wider problem (all three contractors showed videos that were very helpful). Eduardo's discovery led to the initial bid by Grandmark being higher. We didn't want to spend more money, but the evidence Eduardo showed indicated that we'd have to get the additional work done (a few years ago we went with the lowest bidder on another roof repair; they fixed two problems but left one unresolved that later turned into a larger issue). In the end, we actually got more for our money from Grandmark, thanks to Mckay. Two other companies also suggested a roof/tile cleaning, but when Mckay came out to discuss the bid, he looked at the roof yet again and offered to not only lift tile and clean out debris but also lay down ice and water barriers for all the other the valleys on our roof that were not the source of the current problems. He offered to do it at cost for $1,400. Mckay didn't know this but at that point we already had bids of ca. $1,200 for "roof cleaning" but those bids did not include new ice and water shields in the remaining valleys, and might not have even involved lifting tile; one bid, for $1,200, seemed to only involve using a leaf blower. Needless to say, Mckay's offer was an excellent one and we agreed. Looking back on another competing bid, the total was nearly the same as Grandmark's but offered a lot less in terms of repairs and cleaning. So the "highest" bidder was actually the most cost effective. Thank you Eduardo and Mckay. We appreciate your help.

  This review is way overdue to Grandmark Roofing. I've honestly waited till the rains were potentially over to confirm to myself that our leaks from the rains have been eliminated. I am happy to say that all looks very good! I would suggest to anyone who is having roofing issues like leaks from rain, to give this business the opportunity to assist you. I would definitely call them again for any future problems with our roof. Here's why: I had lined up a total of four roofing companies to come out and inspect and give an estimate for our leaky roof problem. All but one did a proper and thorough inspection of our roof that made it easy to choose. Let's face it, roof repair is an investment, and you want it done fairly, honestly and the issue(s) correctly identified without being screwed over by unnecessary additional work on top of that!! To keep from having this review being too lengthy, let's just say that Grandmark was the only roofing company to remove several roofing tiles to follow the water and locate where it was going. They also knew where to start from after I had showed them the leaking spots in the attic. I have some minor experience and common sense of what should be done or what to look for when inspecting a roof and Grandmark did everything correctly. We were not looking for the cheapest or the most budget friendly because Grandmark was competitively priced. Well, all but one who was outrageously priced and who we believe was just wanting to get more out of us than was necessary because like I had mentioned, Grandmark did a much more thorough inspection for us to come to that conclusion regarding that overpriced estimate. Everyone that we dealt with in Grsndmark was professional and pleasant from beginning to end. I would have given a Five Star review if it weren't for one unpleasant flaw that I had experienced from one of the actions of the workers on the roof. Granted, no one is perfect mind you. However, one's actions can have enough effect to slightly ruin a Five Star rating. Overall, they were great! Thank you Grandmark Roofing!!!
