- KXKong XiongJan 9, 20201.0Worst customer service ever! Super rude and could care less about customer service!!! My water heater was leaking water from the gas valve and was confirmed by my tech of the broken part. I went in to ask for the part and these guys claimed that my entire unit needed to be replace. This is their professional opinion without even seeing my unit. When I insist of getting the part; the guy was still rude! Good thing I didn't waste a penny there and left to the warehouse on Belmont. Got my gas control valve and replaced the unit. Sure enough, the problem was fixed. Do your homework before going in or else you will be getting their professional opinion.
