  Great customer service is at the fore front of Allbritten. John and Junior replaced 3 exhaust fans in my home, as well as a dimmer switch and recommended surge protector. They were in and out in no time and cleaned up like they were never there! John is an excellent electrician and took the time to explain all repairs. I’ve become an Allbriten member as well!

  Awesome job overall. Highly professional, efficient and so accommodating, to name a few. I originally needed help with one project since I didn’t want to risky hurting myself or damaging the location since this missing expertise. Calling to setup an appointment was fast, easy and efficient. He was not only able to fix the initial problem, but there were two additional electrical issues on my back burner that I just didn’t get around to. Upon fixing my ceiling light in my restroom that came unattached that was flush with the ceiling and wires were exposed, I inquire about a laundry room light seitch if he could check it out that was broken and not working. I additionally asked about two exterior lantern lights as you enter my house that were not working or blew out. I had thought something got damaged and again, with both additional items, I did not want to risky hurting myself or damaging existing property. He was so professional, knowledgeable and even helped educate me on what was happening and ways to fix it. Even before fixing everything, he offered options and no pressure so that I made an educated decision on the best ways to move forward. Everything was so efficient, timely and professional. Financially the price wasn’t bad either and getting quotes from different sources would have ate up so much time, energy and even money from me being away from work. I would highly recommend him and I plan to call back and request him specifically for additional upgrades I’ve been wanting to do to my house. 10/10.

  I wish I could give Jacob Chieze 6 stars. He went above and beyond answering all my questions and like all the other Allbritten folk, he really knows his stuff! Jacob was professional, friendly, relaxed, and eager to be certain I was satisfied. He explained the service plan and also gave me a price quote on something I was interested in but I felt no pressure to commit which makes my husband and I more relaxed about discussing it seriously. Good job, Allbritten, investing in this fine young man, Jacob Chieze.

  Originally a customer of Steve Patricks for 9+ yrs. So we're used to their service, with that being said..dissatisfied with no service appt time. Even with the 30 min window that isn't convenient.. We just got a diagnostic charge 85.00, unable to repair tonight, parts vender not open. Called this morning @ 9ish, technician showed around 5:00. Now waiting for parts for Monday opening, then schedule service to repair. Thankfully we have a wood fireplace and another gas fireplace.. Our technician Anthony R was very helpful and actually took a video of the unit, showing the problem.
