  JC and Lishi were very professional and courteous. These guys definitely know what they’re doing!! Great experience. We went with a new Carrier unit that they were able to install 2 days after we called with our problem. They came the same day that our unit failed. It went very smoothly every step of the way. These guys were also very considerate about cleaning up and had great communication at every step. I highly recommend this company and top praise for JC and Lishi.

  Fantastic service. I called early in the morning and by 730 someone called me back and confirmed schedule, and at 1030 someone was at our place. Tech was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do, and was able to inspect and quote a price before doing the repairs. He was so awesome we will definitely be calling them for any future work. Plus we joined the club for all the extra perks.

  Bee Moua came to my home for HVAC service, and he did an excellent job. He was very detail-oriented, task-focused, and provided honest, helpful recommendations. I appreciated how professional he was — he wore shoe covers and kept his workspace clean, and was considerate even with kids around the house. He also changed the air filter and cleaned the unit thoroughly. Overall, Bee is a knowledgeable, professional, and courteous technician. I highly recommend him for anyone needing HVAC service

  Salvador Bribiesca from Allbritten Plumbers, Electricians and HVAC Technicians was fantastic.  He came for a routine 6 month heating check yesterday (New Carrier 4-Ton Rooftop HVAC packaged unit was placed by Allbritten 4 yrs ago) and the heat was not working for the past 2 weeks. He completed a routine heating diagnostic and tune up and cleaned the flame sensor and vacuum switch port, which was dusty and had condensation and was preventing the unit from turning on.  Apparently no one previously had ever checked this area before 'because it was a new unit' and the problem was solved and the heat restored. However Salvador went above and beyond by blowing off the accumulated dirt and fallen tree debris from the rooftop around the HVAC unit when requested.  And more so, spent additional time and effort removing clogged debris from the open gutter at the edge of our covered patio (remaining roof gutters had been protected by leaf-filter) which had collected mud and was now growing blades of grass at the edge of the patio!  He even hosed the length of the patio gutter when he was done 'picking the weeds' to make sure the water was effectively draining through both patio cover gutter drains. Above and beyond with a kind attitude.  Thank you once again Salvador for doing a fantastic job and for restoring both our heat and patio drainage. Sincerely, Dr. Susie Kalinian
