  Juan was the best. On time. Professional, knew his stuff about the door. I thought I blew spring. I just needed a tune up on my door. Juan was honest and did not take me to the cleaners.   We replaced a garage door opener and had two doors serviced. Danny was awesome. His work was clean and he walked us through the steps to reprogram our cars and how to use the app. Price was reasonable and service was great. Highly recommend both CVOD and Danny.

  I was offered an appointment for 36 hours from the time of my call. Several reminders came through text and email the day before and day of the appointment. The technician, Danny, called to alert me when he was about 5 minutes from my house. He arrived halfway through a 2-hour arrival window. Before he set foot in my garage, he had diagnosed the issue. I was offered options for the repair and given clear cost information. The repair happened quickly and Danny even greased up the garage door so it would operate more smoothly. Danny is a really friendly and professional person. He made it clear what happened with my door and, like I said, noted options for repair.

  David explained that the garage door panel does not need replacing as the glass and decor is still intact even though it is over 25 years old the replacement. Even if get them replaced it still would not match the other door as they are two different door manufacturers. He schooled me on the design style and difference between the doors and who does the installation. He was honest enough not to write up an estimate for something I don’t need! Thank you David for your professional opinion!

  I visited this store after calling numerous other over head door companies attempting to locate parts to do. DYI repair. This was the only place with that seemed to have all the parts needed for most of any repair. All other plates seemed only to have limited parts such as your common parts to fail on a over head door, such as springs, belts and chains, all of which you can find at a big box store (Home Depot and Lowes). Outside of parts, their customers service was superior. They were super helpful, kind and knowledgeable!!! I forgot to mention that their pricing is super reasonable, seemed to be priced at proces similar to online. So there wasn't excessively marked up for profit prices. There showroom was absolutely beautiful, well put together that mirrored the quality and ecceptionalism of their customer service they offered me. Id have to say this is a perfect standard for all other company's in this field to live up to. Central Valley Overhead Door is a top tier, all around great overhead door service company for all your overhead door needs!!
