  Our service person was nice and courteous. However, he broke a part of the p trap underneath our sink while cleaning it and said he didn’t have the right part and that I could go and buy it for three dollars and replace it myself. I asked him repeatedly if it was going to cause an issue and leak and he said no but he did not seem confident. Also the toilet handle always worked well prior to him replacing the valves and now it has zero tension and you have to hold it down to flush. To just replace the toilet fill valves in the toilet it was 400 and then to clean a p trap and behind for a slow drain another 275. And no warranty on the drain clearing. He also didn’t have a motorized drain snake which one would expect they all have. For 675 it seemed very expensive and I’m concerned we will have future problems. We have used Albritten before which is why we went back but this experience left me frustrated.

  Joshua was on point.. Smooth costumer service. Took his time explaining how to maintain and maintenance the tank.. I learn something new everyday.. However! Awesome Tech, and very honest.. When you receive good service, I as a client will spread the word.. I am a happy camper, if it blows out I’ll call for a new install.. I’m grateful for having hot water.. Thanks to Joshua at Allbritten..

  Sergio was excellent, very helpful, and showed great concern for our troubles with a broken water heater in getting us back up and warm again! He Jeff no stone unturned in trying to make sure we had the best options available to us. This is my first time using Allbritten and I’ve been completely impressed with them. They made appointments that day. I had communication with them 3 times before they even showed up to work: a confirmation call, a call that they had someone coming and a call from the worker when he was in his way! Amazing. The pricing was clear and fair and they kept me informed of all my options along the way that might affect the budget. Super impressed. Great company !

  I was beyond amazed by the level of service. I have a rental property with a tenant that their AC had stopped cooling. This was late in the evening so I was worried I wouldn’t find anyone to come out and service the unit. After calling around I found Allbritten and they not only were very professional but were able to send technician Joshua Jones out and he diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs on the spot. I’m very appreciative they are in fact available 24/7. I plan on using them for all my future needs.

  WHOEVER OWNS THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR HEAD EXAMINED!!! Do not under any circumstances use this company or you will regret it 100 percent 💯!!! In the past year I have spent close to $45,000 dollars on two new a/c units for rentals. It took six months to get the thermostat installed for the first unit because they “forgot about it.” The second unit was installed a little over a month ago and within two days the brand new condenser motor failed. And instead of having one in stock for this situation, I had to wait several days before it was shipped out. And of course they forgot to install it. The tenant called me 10 days after it was supposed to have been shipped and installed asking me when they were coming back. One week later the tenant calls me and says the thermostat screen went completely blank. On the company website it states” Emergency service is available 24/7, 365 days a year—no extra charge for nights, weekends, or holidays.” So I call customer service at 1pm on a Saturday and was told there was nothing they could do until sometime on Sunday afternoon. This is a $24,000 one month old unit. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that a manager would not be available until Monday??? So, do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE ALLBRITTEN under any circumstance's. I plan on picketing in front of this business during the spring break with my kids. Maybe even the news would be willing to cover this story. I think the public needs to know about the horrible customer service and the massively defective products they install.
