  I had an excellent experience with Nido Plumbing and wanted to specifically recognize Simon for his outstanding service. He went above and beyond by staying until 10:30 PM to make sure the issue was fully resolved, which I truly appreciated. Simon was extremely professional, hardworking, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully assess the situation, explain the problem clearly, and ensure that everything was fixed properly before leaving. His dedication and work ethic really stood out. It’s not easy to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction, but Simon delivered on both. I would highly recommend Nido Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality plumbing services.

  The folks at Nido Plumbing, in particular Brandon and Arran were stellar plumbers and from now on my go to for all plumbing needs for not only my home but also those of my clients and friends. I had a big water issue from a recent remodel and the entire time we speculated it came from drainage. After several visits to isolate the problem Brandon and Arran had a different theory…maybe the issue isn’t a drain issue after all. They traced the problem to water softener as the glue seal wasn’t fully set but that didn’t really explain why there was so much water leaking and they weren’t satisfied yet. The investigated other possibilities and asked me to turn on my AC, once I did that, gallons and gallons of water started flowing and turns out that it isn’t a plumbing issue but rather, an HVAC issue. They both spent multiple days and hours diagnosing the problem and were not satisfied until they found the problem. Arran assured me that he’s not giving up until he located the source and I commend them both for being diligent, honest, and thinking outside of the box!!! Cheers to Nido and big thanks to Manny, Arran, and Brandon for seeing this job through!

  Highly recommended!! Matt and Aaron are absolutely professional and fun to talk to. I was in the middle of moving when we found a leaking water heater. Matt came in and inspected it right away and gave us a quote which is way more affordable than others. Finished and completed the job right away and cleaned the spot too! I would definitely use the service again and recommend to others looking for a professional and nice, kind crew. Thanks Matt and Aaron!
