  I just got my garage floor and cabinets done and love it. Nick and his team were amazing. Nick was the designer that spearheaded the project and all the moving pieces came together so beautifully and professionally. The cabinet and floor crew were all very efficient and did their job well. I had initially been introduced to Premier Garage by my friend who is a professional organizer. I highly recommend!

  I am really thankful to Premier Garage (PG) for honoring their warranty on labor and materials. I had storage cabinets and flooring in my garage installed some 20 years ago. Awhile back, I noticed one cabinet door has tilted and become lopsided, and a corner of the interior has warped. I had thought I would have to live with the condition. Little did I know until recently that PG would stand by their contract that labor and materials used will be free from defects for as long as you own your home. Contacting PG about a resolution was a breeze. They conducted a visual inspection onsite and suggested replacing the frame of the cabinet, free of charge. What a relief! The crew came out this past Monday and did a fantastic job reinstalling the cabinet with a new frame. Thank you Patrick for a very efficient job. I couldn't be happier!

  I looked at Closet Factory, CA Closets, Closets By Design, Closet World, and, finally, stumbled on PremierGarage by accident. I guess they merged with TailoredCloset. Not sure how that all works, but I contacted PremierGarage and that's who I made the check out to, so... Every single part of this project was handled EXCELLENTLY. Very professional. Very Customer Oriented. They seemed to truly care about the customers needs, and truly bent over backwards to make me happy. In a few words: They get it. They get what Customer Service is supposed to be about. FRIENDLY, helpful, organized, PROFESSIONAL, and COMPETENT. Skilled. Knowledgeable. You get the idea. Shout out to Joey Wayne, in Sales, who was very easy to work with, and very helpful, and RESPONSIVE. Nothing worse than waiting forever to hear back from your salesperson when you're trying to nail down the details of the project. Also, a shout out to Patrick Barabad, the Lead Installer (or whatever they call him), and Rendell Bamba. Both guys did a GREAT job on the install. Having worked with Blue Moon Closets a few years ago, (no longer in business), their installers were incredibly unfriendly and non-communicative. Patrick really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the end result. Serious kudos to him, especially, but really, all the people that were involved in any way. One big thing I noted was that the guys CAULKED the appropriate placces along the edges of the inserts they installed - this was something Blue Moon did NOT do, and really threw me. I assumed it just wasn't something done in the custom closet world, or something. It makes a BIG difference in making it clean and professional looking, and something befitting a multi-thousand dollar custom closet.

  The Premiere Garage team is world class. They were incredibly professional from the start, very efficient with their time and did an incredible job designing a new beautiful garage. The design team member Joey was on time, his quote included a computer aided design with the layout and the selection of the pattern for the floor and cabinet was easy and clear. We needed to do some demo work and he recommended a close general contractor partner who was amazing to work with. They coordinated the whole process and timing and got things on time, on budget and with incredible high quality.. I would absolutely recommend the Premiere Garage team to whoever needs a beautiful garage!
