- NMNicolas MonterrosoJul 15, 20233.0I’ve had AAVCO work for me almost 20 years. They techs are hard working, knowledgeable, and caring. This time, however, their phone staff really dropped the ball. Our a/c went out and it took almost 2 weeks to get fixed after initial visit. That were just NOT calling back when they promised they would. That was disappointing. I normally would rate them 5 stars. This might have to do with the fact that they’re now a larger company with three separate departments. I am loyal, so I stuck it out and am giving them another shot. I rejoined their membership at $10/mo. for 1 year. This includes 3 visits where they do maintenance on hvac and plumbing. It comes with 10% off any needed repairs. I recommend you use them. Especially if you have no immediate issues and want a trustworthy maintenance package. However, for emergencies, they are not available 24/7.
