  We love working with the team at Plumbing Care. We initially found them because they were the only providers in the Sacramento area who knew what a gas-meter-seismic-shutoff-valve was, and how to install it. They did such a superb job with it that we have now 3+ years since continue to call them for all our plumbing needs, including water heaters, leak repair, faucet installations, hose bib replacements and prophylactically replacing all our metal braided supply lines. You can count on them to make things right.

  Fantastic experience with this company. Our water heater started making some weird hissing noises yesterday, so we immediately called and tech came out within an hour (on Easter Sunday!). He didn’t charge for the service call, but did note that we needed to replace the unit since it was leaking. I was able to have someone (Pablo) come out today and replace it this morning. He was professional, prompt, and efficient. He kept me also posted on some additional charges that would be necessary To keep everything to code. Also, the service representative on the phone was always so kind and courteous. Would highly recommend this company!

  Plumbing Care did an excellent job replacing an aging tankless water heater. The technician, Hristo, went above and beyond by quickly arranging the installation on a Sunday, as he understood the importance of restoring hot water as quickly as possible. He was efficient, neat, and completed the job in a timely manner. He communicated well throughout the process, explaining what was needed and what the process would be. The company's price was reasonable, especially when compared to what we had spent on a tankless water heater more than a dozen years ago.

  Of the few plumbers I called they had the best price, speed, and used quality parts. I had a new hot water heater installed within a few hours and have piece of mind with a 10 year warranty.
