He was prompt and friendly, and identified three problems right away. He gave us options for how to proceed, and even made suggestions that helped us make a final decision on the work. When he's returned to do the work, he was quick and efficient, and got everything done much faster than he'd originally estimated. I would definitely call Lee's again for our plumbing issues.
