Specifically, I contacted the Felton San Lorenzo Lumber store for guidance and tips for my new rebuild after losing my home to the 2020 CZU Lightning Fire. And, upon contacting this specific store, I was introduced to Shannyn “Shay” Moore…such a beautiful and kind spirit! Shay has literally held my hand through the process of finding the right decking and handrail materials. What I can honestly say about Shay is that I love her positive attitude…she is not only no-nonsense, but she has a undeniable knack for knowing how to meet your needs without added stress and anxiety. The ideas, guidance, and tips that she provided me has been exceptional! Shay really goes the extra mile!
