We were thinking about buying the generator on our own and just having it put in. The quote was for them to provide one. When we asked for another quote allowing for this possibility, they ghosted us instead of just saying that they only do projects where they supply the generator. I'm sure they do fine work but we didn't appreciate being ignored. They could have given us the courtesy of letting us know instead of leaving us hanging.
