  I needed emergency plumbing services since I only have one toilet, and this company was incredible from start to finish! When I called, they had someone out within the hour. Both the man on the phone and the technician, Robert were awesome. Very friendly, warm, and respectful!! (For women: I really appreciated being treated with genuine respect and not talked down to. I would especially recommend them to other women). Robert, the technician who came out, was professional, kind, and extremely personable. He explained everything clearly and was clearly very knowledgeable. I also had a few minor extra fixes I needed around my place, and he took care of all of them without any extra charges or complaints. His customer service was truly above and beyond. I will absolutely be using this company as my go-to plumbing service from now on!! I highly recommend them, especially Robert, to anyone looking for fast, reliable, quality, and respectful service. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

  Incredibly professional and personable! I had an emergency late in the afternoon at my new home and did not know who to call. Our contractor recommended Craftsman Plumbing. I called and spoke to the owner, Giancarlo, who listened as I explained the issue. He was very helpful and acted swiftly. Soon after our phone conversation, Erik showed up at my house and was just as helpful, personable and knowledgeable as Giancarlo and did a wonderful job, fixing my problem quickly. It was such a relief to have professionals on the job! In a very efficient & timely manner they helped prevent what could’ve been a very difficult situation at a very reasonable cost. So happy to have found them! Will not use anyone else! Thank you guys!

  Craftsman Plumbing was responsive during off hours where other companies were taking down my info and didn’t call until the following day! This was with us stressing to them that it was any emergency and needed issue to be resolved tonight. Robert was prompt and did quick work on our leak and was educational as well. Highly recommend Craftsman and Robert for their responsiveness, professionalism, and quick work which averted a potential bigger problem.

  Craftman Plumbing was absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time and were extremely professional from start to finish. Erik clearly explained what was wrong, walked me through the repair process, and got everything fixed quickly. The pricing was very fair and affordable too. A big shoutout to Erik — he’s not just a customer service rep, but someone with real hands-on plumbing experience, and it really showed. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Highly recommend Craftman Plumbing for anyone looking for honest, skilled, and dependable plumbers!

  10/25/2025 I’ve had an ongoing problem with water backing up in lower rental unit bathtub. It’s an old house with old copper plumbing. I have to get it snaked out fairly often. Today the tub was full of water and not going down at all. Of course the problem happened on the weekend. I was unable to get hold of my regular plumber. I knew the problem couldn’t wait until Monday. I called Craftsman Plumbing. I spoke with the owner who listened to my problem. He reassured me he would send out Robert, a service technician, between 2-3pm same day. I received both text messages and email notifying me of my appointment. I received a text stating Robert would be at the house at 2:45. He showed up on time. Robert was polite, a good listener as to the back story of the ongoing drainage problems. He went to work and cleared the problem up with professional integrity. He cleaned up the work area. Robert was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the cost prior to doing the work. Craftsman Plumbing should be proud to have such a valuable employee like Robert working for them. He represents the face of the company when he goes to job sites. I , personally , was very impressed with his work ethic. The owner, Gian, was great on the phone too! Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service. They are 24/7 so that is great news too. I appreciate their service that I received. Shirley R
