  Beazer has been busting at massive boulders in North Escondido for over a month and no sign of stopping. All day long, residents have to listen to "bang bang bang bang bang bang". Jesus. It's beyond ridiculous. Clearly Beazer doesn't care about anything but the bottom line.

  My husband and I were excited to check out these new developments when they opened. We live within biking distance of the community, so when we saw that the model homes were open, we decided to ride over and take a look. Part of the development is open to the public, while other areas are still under construction. Naturally, we stayed clear of the construction zones. Despite this, a staff member at the leasing office—on the afternoon of Friday, September 12th—yelled at us, saying we couldn’t ride bikes in the area. When we explained that we were interested in viewing the homes and pointed out the signage indicating the property was open, her response was simply, “Get off the private property.” I understand that one review may not carry much weight, but we live in North County San Diego in large part because of the welcoming and respectful community. I’m not sure if this interaction reflects the values of Beazer Homes as a whole or just the attitude of one employee, but it was disappointing. It seemed that because we didn’t fit a certain expected appearance or assumed socioeconomic status, we weren’t treated with even basic courtesy. If you're considering a home here, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
