Shared the importance of upgrading older equipment, but not in a salesman pushy way. I give him a 10 and Baker follow up customer service people. This is the third time I’ve used Baker to check my equipment and would use no one else. Very professional company.

I wasn’t satisfied with my original solar installers so decided to make the switch to the clear best solar installers in San Diego at Baker! I still have not even heard back from the original installers regarding my broken inverter and they wanted to send someone out to diagnose the issue before they even start the warranty process which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Meanwhile my electric bill is $300 more a month while the clock is ticking. Not Baker. Not Miguel. He looked at the diagnostic code and got the warranty applied and a new device processed same day with a quote. Look no further than Baker for all your solar needs!

We called for an estimate. It took days before we got a phone call back and when we did get a call it was difficult to get response to our questions. We were promised another call back which has not happened. We did get multiple enquiries to post a review. So here it is.
