  10/10 EXPERIENCE! Sheryl was so helpful in finding the exact color and quality carpet we were dreaming of. The entire team was patient and helpful as we went back and forth trying to decide. David was amazing, friendly, and so hands on! The team installing our carpet did a beautiful job and even worked extra hours to make sure they finished in time.

  I can’t say enough great things about Superior Floors. We had used their services about 20 years ago and had decided to hire them again to refinish our existing floors, replace carpets with new flooring and re-carpet the stairs. Cheryl the owner, David, Freddie and the rest of the staff were not only professional from start to finish, but went above and beyond on the job. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the results. We will be hiring them again in the upcoming year for additional work. Highly recommended. NEW!!! We had just worked with Superior Floors on installing our hardwood flooring and loved the result. So, we chose to once again work with them for our two bathroom remodels. From the initial design and materials to the recommended contractor/suppliers, we were more than pleased. The end result far exceeded our expectations and will be working with Superior Floors on our future projects.

  I cannot recommend Superior Floor Designs more highly! The selection is phenomenal. The assistance in the showroom is friendly, caring and thoroughly professional. Customer service after the order is placed continues through installation and beyond. I could not have made a better choice--I've been disappointed with others in the past.

  As I started researching options to replace my existing wood floors, I realized there is a lot of conflicting information on the internet. My friend's floors were installed about 10 years ago and they look fabulous today. (Her home is the center for five children, their spouses, 12 grandchildren, grand dogs and other family members and friends. It gets a lot of use!) Shd told me she used Superior Floors. I called and spoke to John, the owner, and asked numerous questions. He answered all in great detail, with the utmost kindness. Drivng home from a year in Seattle, I stopped in Encinitas, looking beddraggled and worn out. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with courtesy, patience and professionalism, despite my appearance. I explained to Scott (John's son) that my small home sees a lot of traffic. He expaliined there were many options and recommended a particular brand of hardwood flooring that has proven to stand up to traffic and use. It was beautiful. I went back several times before making a final decision. John and Scott were both incredibly paitent with me and never pressured me to make a decision or to even make a purchase. My home now has the most beautiful hardwood flooring downstairs and new carpet upstairs. The installastion was extremely well coordianted and the installers left my home immaculate. I am SO VERY HAPPY with Superior Floors. I willl always use them for any flooring needs. They have more choices than any place in San Diego. Superior Floors exceeded every expectation!
