  We were so impressed with Shawn’s knowledge! Our kitchen sink backed up and we had company coming that day! He explained what needed to be done and was very professional! We can’t thank Shawn at Big B’s enough for your work!!

  We hired Big B’s to re plumb our main connection from the house to the street (Neptune in Encinitas). They were awesome to work with, flexible, and efficient. It was a tricky job and they got it done way faster than I thought they would. Will definitely use them again in the future!

  Of course there is no convenient time to have a plumbing issue. So, a Saturday when the husband is away on a golf trip with the boys was inevitable, right? I heard the sound of water running in the walls. No water was running that I could find. Something was not right and I knew it. I called a well known plumbing company describing my situation and they said they couldn’t get anyone out until Tuesday. That wasn’t working for me. I Googled “emergency plumbers” and Big B’s had the highest ratings and lots of them. I was hesitant to go with a company I’d never heard of but gave them a call. They said they could have someone out that afternoon and sent me a picture of the tech who would be arriving with a short bio. I was lucky enough to get Ryan Witowich. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue (slab leak) isolated which pipe was leaking, showed and explained everything in terms I could understand as he did his job, and talked to my husband so we could make the decision on how best to move forward with repairs and ensured we were “stable” to use water through the rest of the weekend. We had a team of about 10 show up punctually Monday morning to begin work to replace all of our pipes and get them off the slab. These guys are amazing! They knocked out the whole project in under a week with drywall and stucco guys done, and everything cleaned up. Everyone we worked with were absolute professionals. These are 100% the people you want when you have a plumbing emergency.

  What a pleasure having Brian from Big B's fix our broken faucet, I cant even communicate how helpful, friendly & professional he is. We received a text message immediately following the service request woth our property manager, it showed a picture of Brian and some bio info - what a great touch! I imagine that communication makes people like single Moms or elderly residents feel safe knowing who's going to be knocking on their door. Brian arrived within 1 hour of our emergency call - we couldn't even find the main water shutoff before his arrival - quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He explained everything in detail and let us know it would require a 2nd visit to complete the job after needing to order a part. Again, Brian quoted us a day & time, arrived part in hand at that time, and fixed our antique faucet. Cant say enough good things. From the prompt appointment times, text message notifications, to the quality workmanship and attention to detail, I will recommend Big B's to anyone & everyone I come across searching for a plumber - in fact, I just did so on Nextdoor.
