  I recently had the opportunity to work with One Hour Heat & Air Conditioning of Elk Grove for the maintenance of our HVAC system in my home. I was referred by my neighbor who also had their HVAC maintenance serviced. I called for a consultation and from the beginning they provided such great customer service. They were pleasant to speak with and was able to provide a time that fits my schedule. On the day of the appointment I received a phone call informing me of a more specific time frame and then one hour before the technician arrived I received another courtesy text/phone call that he’s arrived. I appreciate the promptness of their service. The technician (Rex) arrived on time and was well-prepared. He introduced himself and started putting on his protective shoe cover which I found really nice because he’s not tracking in dirt into our house. He took the time to explain the procedures he will be doing for maintenance. He checked the systems and also explained each step he will be doing after that. I really appreciated how thorough he was with what he was doing and explained why maintenance is import and it ensures that the HVAC functions properly. He took the time to provide me with helpful tips on system maintenance and energy efficient saving practices which was greatly appreciated. Rex was respectful in my home and provided great professionalism and ensured that he kept the areas he worked on clean. He wasn’t rushing while he was explaining what he was doing and provided me the answers I had concerns about. I didn’t realize I needed maintenance work on my HVAC, not just every couple of years. He was very informative about the maintenance club membership which I signed up for without any pressure, because they will be the one to remind me when it’s due for maintenance. My overall experience with One Hour Heat & Air Condition of Elk Grove and the technician ( Rex )was great. I definitely will recommend them to family and friends because of their professionalism, reliability, promptness to get the work properly and on time!

  Rex was punctual and very thorough with the tune up visit. He educated us more on our system and he left the areas that he was in cleaner than when he arrived. Rex shared with us potential improvements such as some electrical caps. His customer service skills are impeccable, with great listening to the customer and no pressure. He is factual and to the point, but relatable. There is no one else that we trust more than Rex and One Hour for AC/heater.

  Rex from One Hour Air Conditioning was fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional and considerate throughout the visit. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the HVAC tune-up, making sure I understood what he was doing. He climbed into the attic without hesitation and left absolutely no mess behind, not a trace of insulation anywhere. Great service all around, and I'm so glad to have my unit tuned up and ready for winter. Highly recommend!

  Rexford Walker from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was very informative and professional. He explained what he was going to inspect and provided recommendations/solutions. Redford kept his work area clean and ensured it remained that way when the whole system inspection was completed. Highly recommended using One Heating and Air conditioning services for your HVAC needs. Looking forward to having come out this Spring for an A/C Tune up.

  I contacted One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to inspect and tune-up our HVAC system (approx. 14-15 yrs old). Rex (Service Technician) was punctual, courteous, and very professional. What stood out is that he would check in with me each time he identified something that needed attention or of a concern instead of summarizing the findings at the end. He took the time and explained thoroughly in detail what he did, what he was doing & testing, what I should know, and what he was going to do before he moved on to his next task. His approach in educating me on how the components/parts functions and what to pay attention to in regards to safety and signs of diminished performance gave me a better understanding of our system. In the end, I felt that he provided answers to most of the questions I had prepared before I even got to ask them. We discussed recommendations and potential modifications to improve airflow performance in order to prolong the life of our system, potentially saving us tons of $$. Not a single time I felt pressured or solicited into buying products and/or services, which is definitely a huge contrast with other similar businesses I’ve been in contact with in the past. I felt very confident and well-informed in deciding whether additional work was warranted (of which I’m in the process of scheduling for him to return). Overall, I was very pleased with the display of customer service I received from a competent service technician. Peace of mind is what I was hoping for and Rex delivered!
