  Gabriel personally witnessed the damage caused by my guest and assured me that he would provide sufficient documentation to support my insurance claim. Based on that assurance, I agreed to move forward with their company for the toilet repair, even though their price was double what another plumber had quoted. I spoke with both Adam and Gabriel multiple times, and they repeatedly confirmed that I would receive an invoice with detailed notes reflecting that the damage was caused by the guest. However, after several follow-up calls, Steven issued an invoice that did not clearly state the full cause of the issue. As a result, my insurance claim was denied. The documentation provided did not reflect what was promised prior to payment. I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled.

  These guys are the best. The only company that responded when I needed them deep into the night (emergencies don’t wait for the morning). They were clear, transparent and thorough. And showed up first thing in the morning to do the second part of the job. I didn’t expect to receive a lesson on how the pipes and plumbing work, but I did, and I’m glad because I completely understood why some things were urgent. Chaydon and Mark were excellent. 200% recommend!

  I had an issue, and as soon as I posted on Yelp, they reached out to me immediately and got Zach to setup estimate just a few hours later. Everything was done swiftly and were very flexible Zach was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very curious about every single detail, and he happily explained to me what is what and how it works. Zach took time of his day to make sure that we understood everything crystal clear and he was mindful of keeping interior clean and tidy. From now on these guys will be my go to for any plumbing issue!

  We were at our property -- our tenants' home -- for just one day. We noticed a clogged kitchen sink drain. We were glad that Drain Time could send a technician to our property on the same day. The technician was courteous and hardworking. He found the pipes under the sink to be clean. The cleanout was blocked and inaccessible. We accepted his recommendation for hydro jetting to break through and clean the heavy blockage. He and his colleague performed the service and used a camera to inspect the drain line after jetting. We left satisfied with the work and were relieved that it was completed within a few hours. However, we were shell-shocked at the price they charged us: $2,300.   5-Star Review: Honest and Professional Plumber – Highly Recommend!I called this plumber James because I thought we had a major clog in the main line – multiple fixtures were acting up, and I was worried it would be an expensive fix. He came out promptly and took the time to thoroughly investigate.Turns out the problem was much simpler than I feared: only the toilet was clogged, and nothing else in the main line was blocked. He used a toilet auger, which resolved the clogged.He also noticed the bathtub was draining slowly and pointed out that it was just hair buildup in the trap. He showed me how to remove and clean it myself – no upsell, no unnecessary service, just straightforward advice that worked perfectly.I really appreciated his honesty and integrity – he could have easily done the more expensive work, but he didn’t. Saved me a lot of money and stress. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I’m very satisfied and will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs!
