  I had a great experience with Drain Time Plumbing. I submitted my request late at night and still received a response within an hour. They were able to send a plumber out the very next day for an inspection. Our plumber, CD, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our clogged toilet efficiently and never made us feel pressured or upcharged. Overall, it was an easy, honest, and professional experience. Highly recommend.

  I went to replace a toilet and there ended up being damage beyond my ability to fix. James came out the same day and we discussed options. We were able to be scheduled the next day to have our toilet flange replaced. Nick arrived the next day and completed the job. We made a few changes throughout the job, and they accommodated every change and were very clear on price. I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and quality of the work. They will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

He was courteous and polite, assessed possible problems and outlined possible remedies. CD represents the high quality service I look for in a business.   We had our entire house repiped by Drain Time Plumbing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the process, answered our questions without rushing us, and were very respectful of our home throughout the project. The work itself was done efficiently and with clear attention to detail. They kept the job site clean each day and finished on the timeline they committed to, which we really appreciated. For a project of this size, their pricing was very competitive and in line with other quotes we received, which made the decision feel even more solid. It’s not a small job to repipe a whole house, and they handled it with confidence and care. If you’re looking for a plumbing company you can trust for a major project, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drain Time Plumbing. Solid work, honest communication, and a great overall experience.

  The technician who came out was wonderful. He arrived promptly after hours and handled an emergency situation professionally. Because the property is a vacation rental, we proceeded with an emergency hydro-jet service at a cost of $1,499.00. While I later learned that the average cost in the area is closer to $800–$950, it was worth the premium to have the issue resolved in the middle of the night. After the work was completed, I unfortunately fell asleep and missed the call for payment. I proactively called the office at 7:00 a.m. to coordinate payment. The woman I spoke with in the office was pleasant, professional, and helpful. She offered to email the invoice, and at my request (as the property manager), I asked that the homeowner be copied. She initially had a generic email on file, and I provided the correct one. She handled this request appropriately and courteously. Shortly afterward, Tony Angiano called me. His behavior was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He was rude, demanding, spoke over me repeatedly, and even accused me of attempting to push payment responsibility onto the homeowner. I was driving at the time and calmly explained that I would handle payment as soon as I was able, no later than that same day. Despite this, he continued to speak down to me and would not allow me to explain. Because of his conduct and treatment of a client, I informed Mr. Angiano that I would no longer be doing business with the company. This was especially unfortunate, as I had planned to move forward with a fairly large repair that the technician had identified. His response to that was simply, “Good.” While the technician and office staff member were excellent, the interaction with ownership/management was unacceptable. I will personally never use this company again, and I have shared my experience with my realtor network and the management companies I work with. I cannot recommend this company due specifically to Tony Angiano’s behavior and treatment of a client.
