I would like to share my unfortunate encounter with two of their agents, Jyoti and Shannon, in the hope that it serves as a cautionary tale for prospective homebuyers. Recently, I initiated the process of purchasing a house from Beazer Homes at the aforementioned location. I completed all necessary procedures, including a substantial $15,000 deposit. However, unforeseen changes in my financial circumstances compelled me to withdraw from the deal the very next day. Regrettably, when I communicated my decision to Jyoti and Shannon, the response I received was less than professional. Despite my situation, they chose to retain my deposit of $15,000, which has now been withheld for a duration of two months. As a parent of four children, this money was intended to secure their future, and its retention by the company has placed me in a significantly challenging position. I urge all individuals considering purchasing a property from Beazer Homes to exercise utmost caution and vigilance. The conduct displayed by Jyoti and Shannon, and the subsequent handling of my case by the company, has been nothing short of disappointing and disheartening. It is evident that the welfare of clients and their unique circumstances are not a priority to them.

Every builder said they are good etc, but Beazer has been the best in every thing from sales team to the construction manager. Everyone is very nice, welcoming and helpful. We have had great experience in all aspects of buying a home with Beazer. Joyti, Shannon and Khalid have been amazing at sales office. Connie at design studio was awesome and Chris, construction manager, answered all of our questions during of inspection walk. We are very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them.
