  Jovanny & Alfredo arrived during the time window and both were very personable and professional. They were shown what the problem was and quickly knew what needed to be done to fix it. They suggested doing a hydro jet into the clogged pipe to blast the clog out. As soon as they began we were able to watch on the camera what was being done. A huge amount of “gunk” came out and when we turned on the kitchen faucet no more clog! They were both so friendly and both my husband and I really enjoyed chatting with them while they cleaned up all of their tools and the mess on the patio. They were so professional and I am so happy I gave them a call this morning. I gave them 5 stars but if I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’m definitely keeping their business card and will recommend them to all of our family & friends. Thank you Jovanny & Alfredo, you guys rocked!!!

  Francisco and his team did an absolutely unbelievable job. He and his team had the monumental task of replacing old, corroded, and completely broken main sewage lines under our crawl space and front yard. He and his team worked harder than I had ever seen before with a plumbing company, and made our house so much more sanitary. They were quick with their inspection and repairs. I recommend High Speed Rooter & Plumbing to everyone over any other plumbing company.

  First time using High Speed Rooter & Plumbing, and I was genuinely impressed. I had a backyard PVC pipe leak on my hose line around 6:00pm. Israel arrived within about an hour and a half, quickly capped the line, and even added a ball valve to another hose bibb. Everyone I interacted with was excellent—from Angie, the phone operator who was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, to the plumbers who came out and took care of the issue. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and the service was top‑notch. I will definitely be using them again.

  Overall, the customer service that I received from Eric M. was excellent. What I thought was going to be a simple leak repair quickly morphed into a very complex job. Eric explained everything that needed to be done and went beyond what we were expecting. Eric went the extra length to provide the necessary replacement parts that were needed as well go to Home Depot for another part that he did not have on site. Eric did clean work both inside/outside my unit. It is rare, nowadays, to find workers who are both knowledgeable and care about what they do. In the end, the job at my place took three days, but it was necessary given the complexity and nature of the work. All of our sinks and faucets feel and look more modern, and our exterior valve is much easier to operate in the event of an emergency. I would recommend High Speed and Eric M. to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumber and service.

  Hi all I would just wanted to write about my recent experience with High Speed Rootor and Plumbing. I recently had a water leak and called them and was able to get someone out the same day to look at my problem. The technician was very informative in explaining the repair process and offered me a reasonably priced quote that was substantially less than the first quote I received. Furthermore, they were able to begin work quickly to get my issue solved. So overall I would highly recommended High Speed Rootor and Plumbing for quick service, fair prices and knowledgeable repairman that can get your problems solved right the first time and backup there work with a warranty should any further issue arise.
