When we turned on the sound system, an annoying high pitched sound played along with the music. The stereo technician told me that a noise filter may need to be installed to drown the noise. Which of course would cost extra. Note, this screeching noise did not start until after the new stereo was installed. Unfortunately, it was closing time and the technician told me to come another day to fix it. I agreed. I have been calling and wasting gas to go to them because they tell me to come in and get it done, but once I get there, they always say we need you to come another day. This has been going on for months. I was told to call again at 4pm in order to drop off the car because they will make "time" for me to fix this issue. I call at the time instructed and everyone is acting like they never seen me before. Now im left with a half-done job and need to find another place to finish up something that should have been fixed for months.
