- QMQuentin MooreMay 14, 20251.0I tried to contact Mage Air (or Mage USA Group or whatever their name is) about a simple replacement panel for a mini split condenser and heat pump, and it was a terrible experience. All of my messages were ignored. The only time I could get a response was by phone, and it was clear that they were intent on saying whatever they possibly could to end the phone call as quickly as possible. Any time they made a promise about responding or fulfilling my request by a certain deadline, the promise was completely empty. Full stop. And finally when on our last correspondence they hastily promised "I'll send it tomorrow" and I asked how I would pay them or even what the name of the person I was speaking with was, they proceeded to go completely silent, as if they had just walked away from the phone without hanging up. I stayed on the line for over 30 minutes, listening to background noise before hanging up. I cannot understate the disrespect I received from all of my dealings with Mage Air. If they were unable or unwilling to fulfill my request, I don't understand why they didn't just say that rather than continously placating and then completely disregarding me over weeks. I wish I could have the time back that I wasted in contacting this extrodinarily unproffessional business.
