All he did was check his menu of prices and ran a snake down the toilet which did nothing to fix the problem. All he seemed to care about was what to charge and not how to fix the problem. I’m afraid he was too inexperienced. 3 years ago Cobabe brothers sent out an experienced worker who actually helped me in many ways and charged a reasonable price. If this technician had only pulled the toilet up he would have seen the problem . Will not use them again until they care more about solving the problem than charging according to their menu of prices.
