  Serhii and his crew were top notch. Very professional, courteous & polite. Serhii answered all my questions and thoroughly explained how the new system would be installed and operates. His crew was great! They were respectful of us and my home, even wearing shoe covers when inside. After a very professional installation, they cleaned up all remaining parts and equipment. Super happy. I would definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Great job!

  Sadly we’ve had our furnace and air conditioner replaced twice in this house. Luckily we went with West Coast the second time and are happy we did. They have been great, even fixing the sketchy installation from our previous system install. Their team is very professional and great to work with. We recently had our AC system checked out. Christian C. was super helpful, and explained the entire process in great detail, even taking multiple pictures and showing us rather than just saying “it’s all good”. Having such professional technicians only makes us happier we went with West Coast. Christian went above and beyond any technician we’ve ever worked with. We highly recommend West Coast and will request Christian C for our next service.

  Luis was the technician that came over to perform the maintenance service on my HVAC system. Luis was extremely thorough in checking every part of the system, and was very detailed in all of his explanations. Luis was very friendly and was able to speak in depth into everything he did. He took pictures of all the steps he performed for completeness, and we also talked through different options for changing out my attic insulation. Overall, I highly recommend Luis and West Coast Heating Air Solar

  I had an excellent experience with West Coast Heating Air Solar . From the first appointment to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Technicians Artem Iashin, Igor, and Denis were punctual, patient, kind, and very clean. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was done perfectly. The system looks great and functions even better than I had anticipated. A special thank you to Mark Peterson as well for coordinating everything so well. Overall, an outstanding experience—I highly recommend this team!

  I was looking for a new Air/Heat company since the old company I was with for over a decade started going with a high pressure sales approach. I am old school. Just do a good honest job and I don't mind paying for anything that needs to be done. Any company that is in a service business should have two things, geat customer treatment and honest hard work. A lot of businesses today try to squeeze every penny out of you even to the point of creating problems to fix. I looked through many businesses online and saw great reviews and an outstanding Better Business score for West Coast Heating and Air. I called and had a wonderful conversation with the receptionist, can't remember her name but, she was polite and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions. I didn't have an emergency and just wanted my yearly maintenance to check out the AC for summer. It's good to be proactive instead of reactive with some house equipment and AC/Heating is one. Christian M. came out, was very friendly and knowledgeable, took like 20 pictures to show me everything that he did. Walked me through every step of the maintenance and my AC is good to go for the summer. West Coast is an old school company that does great honest work for the money you pay. Thanks to all that helped and look forward to a great relationship for many years to come. As a footnote, You should make some refrigerator magnets with your cute logo and phone number to give to customers so they can just glance at the fridge in an emergency or just to schedule a appointment. Thanks again, for all your hard work.
