Our building has a contract for quarterly inspections, after them missing multiple inspections our elevator broke for 5 days and they took a few days to respond. Do not use this company, you do not get what you pay for. When we tried to cancel their services they say we are locked in for 10 years.

They did not visit our property for 8 months and continued to charge us $250/month. They only came to our property when our elevator broke (because of their failure to provide regular service visits). I do not recommend you use this company.
