She got us scheduled quickly for septic service and kept me updated by text on arrival times for the service people. George who came out to dig out the lids was so nice as well as very quick and efficient. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work so far and the customer service. Update: Peddie and George came out today to pump out our septic tank and they did a great job. I am so impressed with everyone at this company and I highly recommend them.

Modern Septic Service has such a truck that they use for RV septic pumping. Communications with the team was smooth and the price compared well with other quotes I got from different companies. Danny came out early in the morning, all the way from El Cajon to Fallbrook, did a perfect job and was a very pleasant guy to deal with. I hope that they still have that small truck when I will need them again in 3 to 5 years.
