They initially had me later in the schedule, but the office team was super responsive and accommodating—they texted back quickly, explained they’d try to bump me up, and kept me updated. In the end, they squeezed me in around 10am, which was perfect! The crew showed up right on time, were professional, friendly, and got the job done efficiently and cleanly. No mess, quick pump and inspection, and they left everything spotless in my backyard (even with all the plants and stuff around the access point). Communication was top-notch from start to finish—morning check-in texts, heads-up when they were en route, and a call number if needed. I’ve dealt with septic services before, but this was one of the best experiences. Honest, reliable, and they really go the extra mile to make it work for the customer. Highly recommend Modern Septic Service in El Cajon—definitely 5 stars!

Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with. And Montez was our guy. He was the perfect example of who you want to help take care of your home. He was so thorough, answered all my questions, and made some recommendations on what I can do to make things easier and less expensive in the future.
