Scoped incorrectly so stuck with extra material as well. As breach of contract, its out of my hands now. Buyer beware.... Jose and his partner will be hearing from my attorney shortly. These are the type of contractors that give contractors a bad name. Did I mention we got stuck with $500 worth of materials that were not needed to due to incorrectly scoping the job?
