He was able to determine how old the unit is and explained how much more energy it is using. He got my A/C back up and running which was the reason for the call, but I really appreciated how much knowledge he shared with me. I will definitely use Carini Home Services again! When I am financially ready I will one day purchase a more energy saving unit and Carini will be the one I call.

They were quick to come out a second time and even comped us the visit. On top of the great service, Adán was friendly, courteous, explained what had most likely happened so that the clog didn't clear the first time, and even put everything back under our sink in a neat and tidy fashion.
