One-Star Review of New Home Co. in Eastvale, California
I am beyond frustrated with the direction New Home Co. has taken with their developments in Eastvale, California. These builders, who are making billions of dollars, have decided to cram as many people as possible into tiny, overpriced homes instead of creating livable, family-friendly communities. They’re building three-story townhomes and condos priced at $500,000, $600,000, and even $700,000—with no land and no parking space.
This is pure greed. Instead of using this valuable land to build proper single-family, detached homes—ones that could be two-story or even single-story with backyards and room to breathe—they’ve opted for this terrible design. People want and need homes with some space, not overpriced boxes stacked on top of each other with sky-high HOA fees.
It’s outrageous and heartbreaking that this land could’ve been used to build beautiful, functional homes, but instead, we get these ridiculous developments that prioritize packing people in like sardines. And who’s to blame here? The greedy builders who care only about profit or the city of Eastvale and Ontario for approving this mess?
Either way, it’s a shame. These developments are overpriced, poorly thought out, and a complete waste of what could’ve been a wonderful community space. Buyers, beware! This is not the dream home you’re looking for—it’s just a profit machine for builders!!
