They didn't have what we needed, but were gracious enough to look up the part number and refer us to another nearby retailer where we could get the part quickly. Thank goodness we didn't have to guess at ordering something online, then wait for delivery. This is why we need to shop local... so that places like this stay in business. THANKS Ferguson!!!!
- HDH DOct 3, 20191.0For Trident Pro 3.3x whole house, Berry quoted me $550 plus tax over the phone after looking it thoroughly. When I went to pick up, his associate told me that he was out for lunch and the fan was $700. I came back after lunch and reminded Berry what he had quoted me. His answer was that the $550 price was general, rough price quote to give the approximate idea. 700 vs 550 an approximate idea! Give me a break. Such a lousy place. I ended up buying it for $700 because I was in a rush by that time.
