  I called for service on my pipes under my house. Had small needle size hole in pipe. Downey came quickly and repaired it efficiently. Service technician was knowledgeable and expedient.

  Rodrigo did a fine job clearing my sewer lateral. He was prompt, courteous, clear and straightforward in his understanding and explanation of the plumbing issue. Grateful that he and Downey Plumbing were immediately available as an alternative to having to wait for the other plumbing firm under contract to my home emergency policy company for an additional three days!

  This was the third time I've addressed this problem in the last year. German was on time, courteous and professional. He was thorough, checking under the house for any additional problems ( this had already been addressed by another company). Fingers crossed that this will be the last time for a while, but I will definitely call this company in the future. 3rd time using them. It will be my first call in the future.
