  Chris answered the phone, he was straighforward and helpful, assessing my issue and getting information before his visit. Came out the next day (squeezing me into the schedule right before Thanksgiving) in the window time he stated. Got right to work, had our spring replaced and tuned us up in about 90 min. I appreciated his opinion on our situation and he never upsold us on what we didn't need. All we needed was a spring. So grateful for his honesty and prompt service! Will recommend to neighbors and friends.

  Wouldn't recommend - very poor communication. They sent 2 confirmation texts Wednesday before our appointment, then they didn't show up. They called 3 hours after the appointment to tell us the door hadn't arrived on Tuesday ( the day before) as expected. Didn't appologise or offer to make up for my husband's lost work time by offering a discount.

  Great Customer Service! Shout out to Chris. Extremely knowledgeable & friendly. We called on short notice and Chris was able to fix our problem within 30 minutes.
