From helping us make flooring selections, to in-home visits to discuss our project, and excellent communication at every point in the project, Kerry ensured a smooth flooring installation process. Our new floors were installed in 3 days and the result is gorgeous! We are so happy with our new floors and grateful to Kerry and his team for making our vision come true. We will absolutely choose Pyramid Flooring Systems again for any flooring needs and we cannot recommend them enough!

  As a long-time local realtor who often assists clients with getting improvements and repairs done, I appreciate vendors who are professional and reliable. Kerry Soderstrom and his Pyramid flooring team proved to be both during a job recently completed for clients who purchased a home in as-is condition, desperately in need of new flooring and paint. Pyramid's bid was competitive and the work was performed at a highly professional level. Best of all, Kerry and the Painter worked well together, adhering to the promised timeline, even while experiencing several unexpected issues that required additional time.   I liked with working with Pyramid until the installation of the vinyl plank floors. The bid was for our upstairs area including the bathroom. I agreed to bid but the installer refused to do the bathroom. He stated our bid wasn’t accurate to include the bathroom. I tried to get in touch with owner but kept being intercepted by “manager”. My bathroom never got done. They refused to do it. It was terrible customer service. I am not happy with this company at all.
