I recently had my 32 year old heat/air unit die on me at the peak of summer. After getting quotes from 3 installers for a Carrier unit (all 3 found on Carrier’s site), I selected to go with Qualtech. Not only were they the cheapest, the other installers actually tried to sell me units from other companies that I did not want. I was a little wary that the quote I received from them was almost 60-70% of the others, but their reviews were good, so I went with them, and I could not be happier. There were no hidden surprises at any step and the process was seamless.
Daniel heard my requirements and preferences with patience, and walked me through how the whole process with work. He spent time looking over my existing install, and told me what would need to change.
The install team led by Eddie were prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. He took the time to explain the system and answer all of my questions, making the whole process stress-free.
A special shout-out to Erika, my project coordinator, who truly went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure everything ran smoothly, but she also helped me access rebates and savings opportunities that I wasn’t even aware existed. Her expertise and willingness to assist made a real difference and saved me extra money, right down to adding removing my fireplace to get access to significant rebates and even coordinating with the government agency to get that rebate approved. She also ran my entire permitting process with zero faults. I’m also grateful for her friendly support that made scheduling and follow-up a breeze.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience—great product, great price, great service, and genuinely helpful people. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new heat pump AC + Furnace units!

Once you have the right filter, make sure to change it regularly.
Do I need to schedule regular maintenance?
