I’ve done many inspections with him and he’s very detail oriented, always shows up on time, and is easy to communicate with before, during, and after the inspection. Most importantly, as a real estate agent, I can see how great he is with my clients. Sean does a really thorough job explaining his findings and what he would recommend or suggest to address any issues with a home. Even when he doesn’t have the exact answer on the spot (some things need more time/resources to investigate), he always does his due diligence and follows up with a logical response or recommendation the same day or next. Honesty and integrity are what his team is all about and I can see it in their service and worth ethic. Jeff, Zoe, and Brittany as well are a great part of the team.
