  Everything was professional and very informative from the start. I felt like I was able to make the right decision after hearing about the family owned company all the care and support offered. The repair was done the next day and I was kept informed throughout the day. All& all it was a wonderful experience!

  Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Workmanship & No Follow‑Up We had a very disappointing experience with Master Roofing Inc., specifically witt under management Quinn V. Schilz, during a roof underlayment replacement and tile repair on our home. This was a major project (approximately $30,000) paid by the seller as part of our home purchase agreement. The work was completed while we were on vacation, with coordination handled by our agent. After moving in, a neighbor pointed out that several tiles appeared to have been intentionally broken rather than properly replaced. The finished result looks uneven, poorly repaired, and unprofessional. While the underlayment was replaced, many tiles remain broken or damaged, and the roof was not left clean or neatly restored as agreed. More concerning, the section meant to direct water away from the patio roof does not function properly, causing leaks during rainfall. We have clear photos and videos taken during rain that show this issue plainly. Since purchasing the home in April 2025, we’ve contacted the company multiple times seeking resolution. Initially, we were told they would not communicate directly with us and that only our agent could contact them. Even after repeated follow‑ups from the seller’s agent, the only response we eventually received was that we would need to pay additional money to have the work properly fixed. Every time we look at our roof, we feel disappointed that this project was not completed with basic professionalism or accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Master Roofing Inc., even for customers who feel they have limited options.

  Ongoing harassment after saying NO repeatedly. Their offer was more than twice as high as the other roofers who gave me an estimate. The salesperson was on time and friendly, but he repeatedly said, "You guys" when I'm a single woman homeowner. It was insulting--there is no secret man at work right now. I even told him there is no "you guys," and that I am the sole homeowner, but he just kept saying it. I had 3 different contractors working on my house when Master Roofing came to do the estimate...and it was crazy rainy/stormy/cold. My house had boxes everywhere, noise, movement, etc. I could hardly open the door to get outside when he arrived...yet he insisted we find a quiet place to sit so he could give me a 10-minute power point sales pitch. I was like, "Get real, buddy. There is nowhere to sit inside, and you can clearly see I don't have 10 minutes to sit quietly with you right now." (Contractors were moving things, interrupting me with questions, calling, texting...very chaotic). He even suggested we sit outside in the freezing rain for this--gimme a break! However, the only reason I'm leaving this review is because I have told this company to LEAVE ME ALONE...twice. And they won't. Maybe you'll hear me now. Call me again & I'll knock it down to one star.
