Lucas called us to let us know he was on his way to our home in 35 minutes, arrived early at 3 pm on Friday afternoon, drained our old unit, found a unit we requested, re-plumed some problem piping, removed old unit and installed a new heater along with an expansion tank and related piping, and was finished before our dinner time! Lucas’s knowledge and technical skills were amazing. Many thanks to Lucas and the Water Heaters Only staff that made this a very positive experience!

Laurie answered the phone, explained my situation and within 3 minutes she had an appointment for me with a technician named Sean Lee. Within a couple hours he arrived and gave me an estimate for a new water heater. Definitely need it was 20 years old. Sean was professional, explained what he was going to do and gave pricing up front. Was completed in the time he said. No add on charges. When completed he had cleaned up area and explained what was done. Definitely would recommend Water Heaters Only. PS ask for Sean.
- MRMarcos RebollidoMar 15, 20265.0I had a spontaneous leak happen this morning at around 10am. I called Water Heaters Only to see if they service my area. They reviewed costs, and noted that they’d have a technician out between 3pm and 6pm, then ended up finding Sean Lee, who came out within an hour’s time and provided an estimate. I’m in a bind and time crunch, so I didn’t have options to play with. This needed to be repaired today. Not only was Sean Lee professional in the install, he upgraded the earthquake proofing, piping, and even got it up to code, which the previous install did not comply with for California code. The work was done in about 2 hours, and I was back online. The new unit looks great, and although it’s never convenient to have your water heater go out, I’m a big believer in everything happens for a reason. I’m up to code, and know what that means, after having lived here for 5 years ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thank you both Water Heaters Only, and especially Sean Lee. Outstanding work, all the way around.
