- TNTina NanezMar 13, 20261.0Extremely poor quality and service. I purchased insulation from this company. The subcontractor they hired damaged the bathroom fan during installation. Initially, the company denied responsibility, but after a month of back-and-forth phone calls they finally replaced the fan. Unfortunately, the technician sent to install the replacement spoke no English at all, making it impossible to ask questions or communicate concerns. Fast forward six months to today: mold has developed in two bedrooms. I contacted a roofer, thinking I had a leak, only to discover that all of my vents were completely covered with insulation—there is zero airflow, which is clearly causing the mold issue. I contacted Quality First today, a service ticket was opened, and I was told a service coordinator would call me back within 72 hours. I will update this review once this situation is resolved and share how the company ultimately handles it.

After comparing quotes from 3 or 4 local companies I selected Quality First for installation of five (5) windows. Ryan and I were in constant contact from signing of the contract to the finished installation. We are happy with the product. No observed issues with the windows or installation.
