- SJSD JeffNov 20, 20251.0Buyer be ware! Warranty isn’t worth the paper its’ written on. We’ve had our kitchen cabinets about 6-years now. The guides to the drawers are wearing out. The drawers shift and misalign because the plastic guide mounts are allowing the metal guide to shift as they become sloppy loose. The guides are covered by the warranty. We were sent new guides but the labor to install them was estimated over $2K by the Cabinets to Go, but later found installation is not covered. Imagine a warranty that does not include the labor to replace the faulty parts! We are seniors and physically unable to install them. Additionally, the paint finish is very delicate and we are easy on our kitchen. To replace the guides with better quality and have the cabinets repainted will cost more than the kitchen cost in the first place. These are flip house quality cabinets.
