  Jon Kurtz was very professional , showed true professionalism in the matter of the housekeeping with his visit . The door mat , shoe covers , the attentiveness goes a long way . The $67.00 deal is a great and well worth Time to get it completed , was advised of many things during the visit .Jon was actually earlier than expected and which was great as well .

  The service person Tyrone G. was very professional, very knowledgeable and showed me all the pictures at the end and the recommendations and offered to see if I needed anything else before he left. i’ve been with Service CHAMPION for more than five years now, and everyone was very professional very polite very knowledgeable. I have recommended them to some of my friends.

  I've been using Service Champions for over 5 years now. They replaced my entire AC/Heating and duct system 5 years ago and they've been doing the maintenance ever since.   I recently had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel for an HVAC service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. Emmanuel arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the steps needed to resolve it. What stood out most was how thorough he was—he didn’t just fix the problem, he carefully inspected the entire system to make sure everything was running efficiently and safely. His workmanship was excellent, and he treated my home with respect, leaving everything clean and in great condition. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Emmanuel and Service Champions to anyone in need of HVAC services.

  So we have good days and bad days with right time there was a exceptional worker back in 2023 when we had a old unit his name was Jesus and he got our old unit that was 12 years old to work and help provide that service as well so for jesus want to say thanks alot but our old unit finally kicked the bucket... So to begin the owner I lived with paid alot of money to make sure she got a really good unit for her house. They came installed but decided to leave some old wood thus we had to find a way to get out someday from a crew named oscar jose 3 other workers. We might have to have the unit moved one day to get to it. But beside that the unit makes it interesting were saved from the desert heat in May of 2025 everything has been working fine until Oct 31 2025. The owner smelled something weird coming from the unit. Only to find out that leaking was happening from the unit itself. So we had probably like 3 to 5 hvac unit guys come through. Go 2 of them inside the unit saw the hose was a problem had one suggest we put in a new air scrubber for the unit which costed 1500 dollars. Only to still be met with the smell. Then Richard comes in he smells it does a full inspection of the house even where the water pipe is and check for any cracks or any irregularities for the unit and found out the source of were it came from. So he crack open the unit and looks to see that the pipe connection to the coil unit was faulty and needed something to stop it from leaking. So this dude pulls out the magic tricks and somehow someway stop the unit from having the weird smell the unit was making. He broke down what it was... which was old water was somehow leaking also getting into the unit and leaking of the old water was making that horrible stale smell. So he went got a new pipe fixture put everything into place and now made it to were the unit doesn't leak. Doesn't cause the smell to come out anymore. So that's for reading this review. Richard is the man thanks to his 25 plus years of experience actually fixed the problem. So I want to say thank you to Richard from right time. Hopefully anyone that runs across this man should know they are in great hands. 👍🏿 glad we had the warranty for the unit.
